My Story

I didn’t grow up as a runner. In fact, my main sport was wrestling — a world where grit, discipline, and mental toughness were everything. It wasn’t until college that I laced up for my first race and felt something click. In June 2017, I signed up for a local 5K just for fun. A few months later, I crossed the finish line of my first marathon in Erie, PA — and I was hooked.

Since then, running has become a core part of my life. I’ve raced everything from 5Ks to marathons, trained solo and under elite coaches, and last year pushed myself to personal bests of 4:46 in the mile and 16:57 in the 5K. But the biggest shift came when I realized I wanted to take all the lessons I’d learned — the trial and error, the breakthroughs, the science and the mindset — and share it with others.

In January 2025, I began leading a structured training program through Lauderdale Run Club, creating a space for motivated runners to show up, work hard, and grow together. In just eleven months, over 250 runners have joined our sessions — from beginners chasing their first 5K to experienced athletes chasing PRs.

Now, as an RRCA Certified Coach, I work with individuals one-on-one to build personalized plans that fit their lives and goals. Whether you're aiming to finish your first race or shave minutes off your PR, my mission is to meet you where you are — and help you go further than you thought possible.​
